Nope! We only charge for unique login accounts, which means you can link your account up with both your personalised email address, and any shared email addresses you might have access to as well!
We understand the desire to be free from lock-in contacts, which is why we offer monthly billing as an option. You're free to cancel your subscription at any time, and we'll terminate your service at the next billing date.
As for our emails, while we'd hate to see you go, we're always happy to provide a data dump of your team's emails in the event that you choose to leave. Your emails are yours - Charlie just makes them a bit easier to manage!
You can get started using Charlie on a free 30-day trial simply by signing up, or by contacting our team. Once the trial ends, you can continue to access Charlie by subscribing to one of the plans above.
